To date we have received no reply to any of our letters or emails.

Many of you are already moving forward with plans to file claims against the bonds of the entire SUNY administrative leadership, including the Chancellor, Board of Trustees, and each and every SUNY president. [2] Hochul's SAPA Power Grab

Are you AWARE of the Governor and the DOH have several proposed rule changes to SAPA (State Administrative Procedures Act) that they will be voting on February 15th

• Proposal 1: GIVE the Governor and DOH the power to authorize mask mandates for EVERYONE, ANYTIME they see fit.
• Proposal 2: Adds the COVID, HPV, and Rotavirus vaccines to the list of immunizations for all school children. It also gives them the power to authorize any additional vaccines they deem necessary now or in the future, whether they are FDA approved or EUA.
• Proposal 3: ALLOWS school Nurses to GIVE vaccines per orders from a licensed NON PATIENT physician (Meaning the school doctor, not your childrens! CAN order YOUR child to be vaccinated) No where does it state they would need parental consent!!!
• Proposal 4: It would give the governor and DOH the power to detain anyone deemed a public health threat.
• Proposal 5: It gives the governor and DOH the power to restrict nursing home visitation whenever they deem necessary.

Friday Announcement, January 28th, 2022

Thanks to all who have signed this petition – and thanks for your comments! Thanks to all those who got in touch and shared their actions and stories!

As of today, we believe that most of the responsible individuals have been informed both by USPS mail and by email about this petition, namely:

We haven't seen any public acknowledgement of the issue, or any announcement that they are dropping the booster mandate. That means that we must move forward with any and all parallel actions and recourse plans.

One of our petitioners reported the following interaction with the Board of Trustees:

"I called the number of the secretary for the Suny Board of Trustees yesterday. She said they did bring up the petition/emails but did not discuss it because it was not on the agenda! They don't meet until March 8th. I told her they should have a special meeting to discuss this and it cannot wait. That we have over 1000 signatures and growing and contacting politicians, the press, attorneys etc. She said she will tell them all to read the petition and emails."

I want to go on the record as emailing SUNY, State University of New York, the panel held with Senator Ron Johnson on January 24, 2022. This information is now PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE and is clearly stated that Covid vaccines should NOT be administered to anyone other than the high risk group and is not a one size fits all. If you fail to watch this, then it will be clear who you are as a University and who you are as humans. THIS IS IMPERATIVE to listen to before you mandate young, healthy students to get Covid 19 vaccines and/or their boosters. I am saving this email, along with the date and time as you all have time to make the right decision moving forward.

Meanwhile, I spent some time putting together a spreadsheet of all of the campus presidents which is what I used to mail merge my letters to them, and to subsequently email them. This is only A-G. This is a work in progress, but maybe having this information all in 1 place will help make it easier for people to call and email the schools.

Their Narrative Is Falling Apart

It's just stunning how the SUNY system can continue to push their booster mandate when the entire narrative is falling apart in front of all of our eyes.

These SUNY admins – Chancellor, Board of Trustees and Presidents, seem to be all shills for the leftist NY government, and big pharma.

Has any one of them responded to this petition, or made any sensible comment about their mandate, other than robotically repeating their nonsensical validation in the CDC's already obsolete language? And why are they following the recommendation of the CDC - those are not laws and the schools have no right to create requirements out of CDC recommendations. Call them on this.

As of today, we have had no response to any of our emails.

(2) Obtain the Oaths of Office and Bonding Agent for the Board of Trustees

I'm inquiring today to obtain information about the members of the Board of Trustees.

(1) I need the name and contact information for the company that holds their surety bonds. These are also sometimes referred to in New York State as official undertakings or blanket undertakings.

If you don't have this information, could you send me the contact information for the SUNY Treasurer? If there is in fact a treasurer for the SUNY system, or if not, the contact information for the person who would be managing these surety bonds.

(2) Could you send me copies of the Oaths of Office that the Board of Trustees swears to. I assume it is a standard Oath of Office, but for clarity, I would like to know exactly what their oath is.

Other action items to wake them up:

- Find the treasurer for your school, call them up and get the name of the bonding agent for the school president and officials. Also ask to get a copy of their Oath of Office. If they won't provide this info, then submit FOIL request for it.

- Email the Request for Proof (provided in yesterday's announcement) to any and all school presidents, the chancellor and the BOT.

- If they are making the students wear masks today, file contempt of court actions against each and every school that is still enforcing masks.

- Call each and every school and ask them the 20 questions – press them hard for answers; Post stories and progress in the comments of the announcements on the petition.

- Since all of the SUNY schools are in violation of New York Public Health Law (PBH), Chapter 45, Article 13, Title 13, Treatment and disposal of regulated medical waste, for not managing the disposal of used masks, we can call the DOH for each and every city that the schools are in and file a report.

- If anyone knows of any sanitation staff at any SUNY school we can ask those individuals to file claims with OSHA for the school's mishandling of medical waste.

- Publish a press release in your local newspaper about the petition - many local papers accept story submissions online – if we can get press on this that would be great.

Tuesday Announcements

Greetings fellow health freedom fighters,

Thank you all for signing the peition, and for your comments. The comments are awesome. Here's some recent comment highlights:

• The New York governor is tyrannical witch. She needs to go away.
• I'm signing because our kids need to get back to normalcy. They are among the lowest risk age population for severe infection from Covid according to CDC data, many have had it, and the benefits of the boosters do not outweigh potential risks for this age group.
• Everyone has the right to choice of what to do with his or her own body. It is shameful that SUNY has required an experimental vaccine and denied many their education because of this!
• I'm signing this petition because the vaccine has proven it does not stop the spread. Therefore the matter is not a matter of public health, but that of a person al choice. No vaccine mandates. They are unconstitutional.
• I am signing because my son felt he had to get the vaccine in the fall to finish his college education and participate in sports with his lacrosse team. He did his part, is a healthy young man and should not be forced again to get a booster. Natural infection is proven to be better long term for the young men and women in this age group. My son has one semester left to finish his degree and his senior year as captain of his lacrosse team. Do what is right for these young adults. After all, isn’t the college experience about learning to make the best choices for yourself and becoming the best version of you for society? Being coerced into something against your will doesn’t seem to fall into that experience.

(1) Masks Are Done In NY

As you are all probably aware by now, yesterday we had a major win in New York State. The New York Supreme Court struck down unelected governor Hochul's mask mandate.

This has big implications – masks are the first domino in the dismantling of the COVID-Industrial Complex, and reveal the plandemic to the mass of sleeping citizens. Once mask madates are over, it will be hard for them to justify consequent mandates, such as vaccines and passports.

Already K-12 schools are dropping mask requirements across the state.

Our children can now breathe properly again, and we no longer have to abide by stupid nonsensical ridiculous illegal unscientific "rules" to wear a mask. Many of you who are awake don't wear masks anyway, but now you don't need to worry about KAREN reporting you at the grocery store.

(2) SUNY School Admins Must Be Blind or Shills

Let's look at the facts.

• Massive protests worldwide (if you don't know about these, get on Telegram ASAP)
• Massive demonstration in D.C. on Sunday
• Thousands of doctors calling for an end to vaccine mandates
• Millions of people waking up
• Britain drops all COVID rules
• Booster shot is for the "original" version of the "virus", not the "current" Omicron version.
• There is no tangible evidence that a medical pandemic as legally and medically defined has occurred anywhere around the world over the past two years. (December 2019 to December 2021).
• There is no physical and/or tangible evidence of a medical isolation of the purported COVID-19 virus pursuant to the CDC and/or W.H.O. vaccine isolation protocols
• There is no physical and/or tangible evidence that a "Medical Emergency" exists by statutory definition in the state of New York.
• NY Supreme Court judge strikes down the state of emergency in NY - THERE IS NO EMERGENCY – THERE IS NO PANDEMIC. Wake Up!

The SUNY Administration justification for their "vaccine mandate" is based on COMPLETELY FALSE STATEMENTS - it is 100% based on "CDC Guidance" - these are not laws, the CDC is not a government agency and nobody in the country needs to listen to, or comply with any "CDC Reccomendation". If you don't have a copy of your schools "justification document" get a copy and hold on to it – this will be needed during the tribunals.

IT IS NOT THE JOB OF SUNY TO MAXIMIZE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE TAKING THE VACCINE. THERE IS NO PROOF THAT DOING SO WILL END THE SO CALLED PANDEMIC. YOU ARE NOT DOCTORS AND YOUR SCHOOL IS NOT A PLACE TO CONDUCT MEDICAL EXPERIMENTS. OUR CHILDREN ARE NOT YOUR LAB RATS.
