I hope many more people sign-Roche is getting out of control, it is simply not the village I knew in my childhood

We don't need any more houses.. we need a bigger school instead.

I have lived in Roche many a years, we all new who everyone was, but now it has grown so big that schools cant take the local kids, surgery well thats a joke , traffic is a nightmare, roche does not want or need anymore houses, they want to concentrate on the town at st.austell for decent shops,

we dont wont anymore houses built in the village , one the c.p school in village is over flowing now, roche is'nt a village , taking more wildlife out of the village enough is enough

Build where the infrastructure can cope and anyway are they houses local people can afford

There isn't the infrastructure to sustain the village at the moment, children are being ferried out of the village as the school cannot cope with the number presented now.We need another school first, before bringing in more families. Our roads are breaking up with the amount of traffic going through the village, huge lorries .being the main source.

The village school and surgery already struggle to cope with the number of homes. There cannot be any more homes constructed without an increase in other facilities too.

The larger a community grows it risks reaching the tipping point of turning into a commuter town - not a community. Roche should be allowed to keep its community spirit and not become a faceless entity of housing

The loss of the green space would be detrimental to the character of the village.
