This man is a sociopath. He deserves to be punished. I am sick at heart and can't grt the scene out of my head. My heart breaks for the owners. I know how it feels to lose a furbaby. And I have had 2 that was murdered. People have to be stopped from hurting animals. Stricter laws need to become reality and enforced.
