I signed this petition because Vietnamese communist government does not do its jobs as protecting and serving its people. Vietnameses don't have freedom of speech, freedom of communication, freedom of practicing religions and human rights since 1945. I feel that VNCH is a much better government for Viet Nam as it was before 1975 in South Viet Nam!!!
