This is a very very easy petition to sign. This person should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for this evil and callous action against an innocent animal. I cannot for the life of me think of a valid reason why anyone should want to do this. There should be no room on this earth for people like this, they don't deserve the oxygen they breathe.
