We should always support local British businesses, especially ones which help encourage everyone to become fitter & healthier.

I try and support local businesses, especially small new starts in this extraordinary covid year. We need more of these types.

(Locks heath, 2020-06-27)

Great local service that must stay open!!!

(Warsash, 2020-06-27)

I think that local councils should be supporting individuals contributing
to their local communities. I am sure that in the current circumstances the council should be able to find more worthwhile things to spend their money on!

It us a local business supplying a local need. The work are is not obtrusive and on a quiet area. There seems to be no noticeable increase in traffic.

(Southampton, 2020-06-27)

Initiatives should not be discouraged...

(Fareham, 2020-06-28)

Every local business is needed to support the local community, keep it local

(Southampton, 2020-06-28)

It would be a great tragedy to see a traditional business like this one removed from a community, independent cycle shops are having a hard time at present In this throwaway society. Don’t lose it use it.

Im signing this because I live in Dibles road and have never had a problem with Warsash cycles when we walk past there is no mess or noise. A great service to the local community and very much needed to make sure all bikes are roadworthy and safe.

(Southampton, 2020-06-28)

Local small business and services to the local community should be encouraged not hindered! This is a service which benefits the local community and hurts nobody. Whoever complained should be ashamed of themselves in my opinion.

(Park Gate, 2020-06-28)

It is great to see someone starting their own business. It cannot be causing offence to anybody.

(Southampton, 2020-06-28)

I regularly make deliveries to Warsash Cycles and the guys there are not only very welcoming but are also very conveniently located near to park land and a whole host of other routes that are suitable for bike riding. A great local company and service for both locals and those travelling from further afield.

I support local business endeavours such as Warsash Cycles. With the closure of Solent Cycles in Whiteley there is little maintenance service for bicycles in the Western Ward

(Warsash, 2020-06-28)

#835

Great local businessman provides a valuable service reducing the need for me to drive a distance in my diesel car to get my bike repaired, so good environmentally to have in the village. It has minimal impact at its location on Dibles Road from what I can see, and I know the area well having lived here 25 years.

(Warsash, 2020-06-28)

Because Simon is a first class businessman whose business would be missed by the community. Is this really the time to be shutting down small, hardworking businesses?

(Swansea, 2020-06-30)

#852

I think small business's like this should be allowed to thrive, especially at times like this.

(Winchester, 2020-06-30)

#858

Outrageous to close him down!!!!

(Southampton, 2020-06-30)

#859

We should be encouraging innovation and supporting those trying to pay their way through life. In these difficult times, is this really a problem. Please support a man making a living, who is causing no problem for others.

(Sherfield-on-loddon, 2020-06-30)

I'm signing because I support this business. In the current climate bicycles are going to be more important than ever as a safer mode of transport. We are being encouraged to walk and cycle so why would you want to close a viable and necessary business? There is no noise, no fumes from repairing bicycles. I would suggest someone has a grudge, don't allow this business to be bullied, please support them.

(Swansea, 2020-06-30)

#864

(Canterbury, 2020-06-30)

We need to a
Up port small businesses and this guy is certainly not causing a problem!

(Southampton, 2020-06-30)

Of the unfairness of this particularly in the present climate.

(Southampton, 2020-06-30)

Many people run business from home and I can’t see why Warsash cycles can’t.

(Titchfield common, 2020-06-30)

#874

(fareham, 2020-06-30)

#875

Give this guy, and anyone else who is trying to get a business off the ground, a break. God knows it's hard enough anyway without some well paid bureaucrats breathing down your neck. Could you do it? Probably not

(Swansea, 2020-06-30)

#876

Warsash cycles is a great local resource which supports green initiatives by repairing and recycling bicycles.

(Ammanford, 2020-07-01)

Nothing wrong with this mans business

(Swansea, 2020-07-04)

The convenience and service of Warsash Cycles is second to none. A wonderful benefit to the community. It would be greatly missed if not available.

(Southampton, 2020-07-05)

I’m signing because I fully support local business enterprises, and I have observed the positive work Simon has contributed particularly during the lockdown weeks. I am a sportsman and fully endorse Simon’s work in encouraging local cyclists.
