This podcast deserves to be called out and boycotted. Nota body shamed Thatohatsi on the platform, comparing her to other artists in a way that was degrading and unnecessary.

It got so bad that Thatohatsi felt forced to delete her pictures online. That alone shows the impact of what was said. Platforms with large audiences have a responsibility. If you allow body shaming and humiliation for entertainment, you are part of the problem.

Critique the work if you must, but attacking someone’s body and appearance is never “discussion”, it’s harm. We can’t keep normalising disrespect and then act shocked when people withdraw from public spaces.

These platforms have rendered them reckless at the mouth and full of crap, speaking on things and people they have nothing on, sharing their personal unwanted opinions and thoughts. Thoughts and opinions rooted in ego and thinking they can say whatever to whomever about anything. The name of the podcast is in contrast to what is being discussed on there. Podcasts should be heavily regulated and given guidelines, these platforms are not going to be places where people are being torn down and degraded.
Lastly if you don’t have anything nice to say SHUT UP, and not everyone needs your think pieces because you have nothing conducive to offer this world.
