Blue dykes have made some alterations for those that are happy to see any dr but can still be difficult. However those that have a NEED TO BE SEEN BY THEYRE REGULAR GP IS STILL IMPOSSIBLE Blue dykes did promise that they was in the process of sorting all this but its been 3yrs in march and still the same. I think its time for you to put your hands up blue dykes and admit you have failed and left patients that need to see theyre own gp as a non priority think its time for you to close no matter what changes you make its obviously not working
