BMTA Petition to Remove Council Member

This petition pertains to the Bethany Marina Townhouse Association of Owners, hereto referred as "Community", the board of directors known as the Council, hereto referred as "Council".

Whereas, Council has initiated and approved projects subject to Community approval prior to obtaining said approval (latest being Phase II trash area paving project and then the stone project before that);

Council has not held official meetings and publish official minutes of said meeting made available to Community as required in By-laws where decisions have been made but not published;

Secretary Mike Berg has not properly communicated Council meetings to Community, fostered secrecy of Council activities particularly pertaining to the leadership, and inhibits the communication amongst the community and with Council to community.

The afore signed petitioners of the Community, hereto referred as "Petitioners", in accordance to the By-Laws of the Association, hereby asked that Mike Berg be removed from Council and accordingly, request an emergency meeting to remove Mike Berg serving as Secretary and from Council altogether.
