Community Petition Requesting Isaac Regional Council Refuse Development Application MCU26-0006
We, the undersigned, respectfully request that Isaac Regional Council refuse Development Application MCU26-0006, or alternatively require the applicant to provide sufficient information to demonstrate compliance with the Planning Act 2016 and the Isaac Regional Planning Scheme before making any decision.
We believe the application has not adequately demonstrated:
- That the proposed land use has been correctly characterised.
- Compliance with the Isaac Regional Planning Scheme and Rural Zone Code.
- That sufficient operational information has been provided.
- That the impacts on Nebo's community infrastructure and emergency services have been adequately assessed.
- That the proposal is appropriate for the long-term interests of the Nebo community.
