Doppelte Staatsanhörigkeit (Deutsch\ Amerikanisch)
Ich nutze diese Petition, um die doppelte Staatsangehörigkeit (deutsch/ amerikanisch) zu beantragen. In beiden Ländern habe ich Verantwortung finanzieller und erbtechnischer Art. Deswegen muss die Problemlose Ein- und Ausreise gesichert sein. Beide Staatsangehörigkeiten sind für mich von gleicher Wichtigkeit.
Die Deutsche, weil ich hier arbeite, meine Frau und Kind deutsch sind und weil ich aufgrund meines Fernstudiums an einer britischen Universität viel Ein- und Ausreisen muss. Jedoch kann ich meine amerikanische SA nicht aufgeben, da ich als Erbträger meines Elternhauses in den USA eingetragen bin und im Erbfall die komplette Verantwortung für Erbangelegenheiten trage. Mit einem deutschen Pass ist die erfolgreiche Einreise über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht garantiert.
