Fairer rights for Tenants
Landlords have exploited Tenants for too long!
I propose fairer rights for Tenants on issues like:
Repairs, return of deposit & the guidelines surrounding this.
i don't feel like we, as tenants have very much control over these issues & the power always lies with the Landlord.
I myself have incurred 2 section 21s in a year, i lost most of my last deposit and the current landlord is already threatening to make a claim.
