For three years this has helped restore my faith in comics and fandom in general, it is a sad day if it goes :(

Really loving this series and it would be a mistake to cancel it.

For Erik, Dan, Luis, Tom, Tristan, Nick and all others who have worked on this comic! And most of all, for Ghostbusters!

Us fans need this to keep the franchise alive. Its all we have since sony didnt do a great deal for the 30th anniversary.

So sad that the best thing to happen to the franchise in 30 years, gets cancelled on the 30th anniversary. :(

I have heard that multiple things factored in to them stopping, but damn it, it's just too good to let it end.

IDW is the comic life blood of the Ghostbusters. Don't let it die!

Real Ghostbusters don't go silently into the night!

I have every issue. For me the reason it's so good is you can it's being produced all by people that are real fans of the Ghostbusters. The writing is so on point every time I'd read the comic I could hear Murray, Aykroyd, Hudson, and Ramis (RIP). Also all the little pokes at the rest of the franchise that kept getting drawn in, that only the hardcore fans would catch. Was like the universe letting me know I'm not the only GB fan out there! IDW please don't take this away. This comic has allowed me to pass the torch to my kids who enjoy reading it every month.

I recently wrote an e-mail to IDW before I found out the series was being cancelled....this pretty much says it all to me: "I'm pretty sure I've already said it before but thank you for your Ghostbusters series and your Ninja Turtles. They are both phenomenal. The Ghostbusters one especially means a lot to me because there's not a lot of Ghostbusters out there. Unlike TMNT, Ghostbusters had 2 movies, 2 cartoons and one not so very good comic back in the day and that's been about it. This comic means so much to me because it continues the story from the original movies in a highly enjoyable way and manages to incorporate a lot of easter eggs for life long fans such as myself. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

It is a wonderful comic, and I believe they could do a lot more and keep building an amazing story if allowed. Let them!

This comic is wonderful and pulls from the best of everything the franchise has ever offered. It is a comic I look forward to every month. :) :) :)

Love this comic, it's the highlight of my month. Going to miss it desperately.

it is very important to keep the
series going and introduce more
story angles and adventures to the
intrepid ghostbusting trio and cancel
it midway will be foolish and should
explore more and it should continue .

IDW's Ghostbusters is one thing of the few comics I still read as a guy in his mid-30s. I love using my iPad/iPhone to read digitally. I love the artwork and how the writing team made all versions of Ghostbusters, from the original film to the Extreme GB cartoon, cannon. I even loved the creation of the backup team with a few ladies busting some heads, in a spiritual sense, of course. I enjoyed the brief run by 88MPH Studios in the early 2000s, but IDW topped it. I'll be sad to see it go.
