Any illegal or immoral act of submission to fear, envy, greed/ personal ambition, hate/ even love/emotions should be opposed and called out to public attention and condemnation. Modi was shown to be clean and yet greedy self promoting people without a backbone continued to put the blame on him, just one act of indecency among many. All this despite an incredible amount of testimony and printed verdict to the contrary, its true when person ambition is involved, nothing can come in the way.

Actions of people like Preeta Bansal in USA demonstrate disrespect for court system of India. Any Government officials in USA have no business to interfere in the foreign country. We can't afford to have people like Preeta Bansal in US court who show disrespect for the largest democracy of the world, India.

I agree that Preeta Bansal should not be a judge anymore.
Her inconsiderate and shameful act of denying visa to Na Mo was disgraceful act when Indian courts has already vindicated Na Mo from any wrong doing.

It seems that Preeti Bansal has fallen a prey to Modi detractors without really assessing the true worth of Narendra Modi. How can such a person, who can form a judgement on the basis of hearsay demonisation of Narendra Modi,be ever considered for the august position?She should be rejected outright for her toeing the line of Jihadis and thus would be a very dangerous person with such an imbecile to be given the chance to decide the fate of persons. Denial of vise to a reformist like Narinder Modi was a blunder committed by United States of America If Preeta Bansal participated, she will continue to hurt Hindu causes in the United States. Can you imagine a Jew denying a Visa to any opposition leader of Isreal on hearsay?

Preeta Bansal should give up her Bansal name, and any claim of being a Hindu

It is deplorable that a person born in a family with the last name, Bansal, Agrawals known to be Hindus, has chosen to align herself with Anti Hindu elements. She has not even bothered to find out all the facts. Without factual basis she has declared her personal judgement aainst Shree Narendra Modi. Such a person does deserve any post that provides her judgement capability. I am also an Agrawal, and a Hindu. Any USA judge must be fair and un-biased due to any reason, especially on religious grounds. Indian courts have cleared Mr. Modi of any wrong doing in the train burning incidence. I oppose Ms. Bansal's nomination as a Federal Circuit Judge.
