The vile acts this person imposed to a creature who could not fight back deserves not only to be banned from ever having or being around animals, being listed on the new FBI animal abuse registry but to also be given the maximum penalties. He is a waste of a life and a very dangerous predator.

Because poor Diamond was killed by a dangerous unstable Man with a History of violence. He raped and killed a childs theraphy Dog and he is not safe to be among the community. I hope he goes to trail and receives a very long Prison sentence. He should not be out on bail. Poor Diamond
