#512013-11-22 14:41This is fantastic news - maybe animal lovers could take the same approach for other animal welfare issues like proper sentencing and fines for animal cruelty, new laws around breeding dogs to get rid of puppy farms and many other awful practices that affect animals in Ireland. This is great news and it proves that petitions and pressure on the right government departments can change laws. |
