prosecute its there responsibility to stop there daughter hurting herself in the first place they should of took care and intrest in her sik people they need to go down!!!!!

prison her parents they could of been there to stop her injuring herself the second time roung if she even did it herself if my daughter was jumping in and out her cot wich I don't think is possible at that age I would of stopped her from doing it again not let her carry on hurting herself you don't deserve to be parents!!!!!

I hope the people responsible for hurting little summer get what they deserve.justice must be done for this little girl who had her young life so horribly taken away.myself and whole family are 100% behind the people who love summer.good luck xxx

I really don't understand how , when they know that one or both people are guilty of murdering this little child, that the CPS can say that they can't prosecute. Isn't it for the CPS to bring the case and the jury to decide who is guilty?
