A grown man that would throw a child down the stairs and punch them on Hythe head and genitals will never recover from whatever kind of disturbing issues they have. This is disgusting and makes me fear for my own children ad I have four and am a nh resident. So if I put my kids in day care and someone hurts my child they go away for four yeats?? Yeah. No thank you.

Attempted murder is what it was. Child abuse should be at least a 15 year sentence!!!!!

My Grandson ( 2 1/2 ) was beat and strangled by the mothers boyfriend then when it went to trial they found him not guilty because DCYF was never called in and the Keene police allowed the child to go home with the mother and boyfriend

My baby cousin (2 years old), was beat by his biological mother and her boyfriend..not only by their hands but with objects. He suffered major head trauma, a completely shattered skull and multiple broken bones. He passed away at Boston Childrens Hospital after multiple surgeries. His mother did 9 months in jail and her boyfriend walked away free. They BOTH should have got locked up for life!!! RIP Dévon.❤️

We cant seem to protect the unborn baby in the womb but perhaps we can help protect them after they are born in todays secular progressive failing world

I signed this petition because I'd this ever happened to my son. I would be infuriated and sad that my sons life would have been changed forever because of a scumbag low life child abuser. He deserves all the pain that was caused too this child But Hey he won't last very long in prison anyways. Especially once inmates find out what he did. They will make sure justice served for that little boy. You deserve too rott in hell you sick pig.

I signed this petition because hands down it was the ABSOLUTE right thing to do. If this were to ever happen to my baby boy I'd want the maximum amount of justice I can get.

I signed because it is the right thing to do. Also no one that does something like this should get four years. Four years is a slap on the wrist and this poor little boy will have to live with what happened to him for the rest of his life!

Fact: Fredrick R. Barth, Jr.  plead guilty yesterday morning to first degree assault on Bradley.  He took a plea bargin of 4 years with a cap.  Givin by the district attorney.

 As you all can see I have deleted comments I have labeled "Abuser Supporter" and "Fredrick R Barth JR Supporter." This petition is the truth as I know it. FROM Reliable resourses including but not limited to The DA and Bradley's parents

But, Don't just take my word for it.  Do your own research On Fredrick R Barth JR.  Google him. 

We are awaiting a current news paper article to post in Announcment section.

No child should undergo what not only Bradley, but several children across the world deal with on a daily basis. People supporting the abuser, after he's plead GUILTY, aka admitting what he's done to this poor child, are ridiculous. I hope that as Bradley continues to strive, this monster who did this, can have the chance to get some therapy, and I can only hope he does something in prison that will extend his stay. Hopefully not in PC either. Those men in general population really dislike child abusers.  Stay strong Bradley. We are all doing this for you, kiddo.

Because the guy that did this deserves to be in prison for the rest of his miserable life. This precious innocent baby is the one that is suffering. That guy needs to be put somewhere where he could never hurt anybody again. He is mean, cruel, sickening. God forbid that this should ever happen again. Just ask yourself, what if this were my baby, or my Grandbaby? What would I do?
