I remember this case! The abuser should be put away for life! There is no reason for this kind of thing to happen to any chil, or adult!

I signed this petition to help out this poor lil boy... I would love for the man responsible for this to feel and indure all that this little bou went through. I have 2 little ones at home and if anyone did this to either one of them i would hurt someone

this child's life is forever changed by the actions of this man. Four years is hardly a punishment for his actions. I don't think 15 years is enough either, but a minimum sentence is needed. These poor children in the hands of monsters.

child abuse is becoming more common and overlooked. Child murderers should be held accountable and treated as any other murderer.

Somebody capable of this is not human. There is no justice for this baby if the punishment for this tragic crime is not carried out to the full extent of the law. Not only will he get what he deserves every day in prison he will get it again when he meets his maker. God Bless this sweet, innocent, little, victimized soul.

expose the judge

The judge needs to be exposed. These incompetent pieces of (expletive) need to be held accountable for their rulings. How can people serve years for marijuana possession while this Barth character gets a measly four years? Maybe word of his crime will be known by his fellow inmates and they'll give him the justice he deserves.

No baby deserves that, he should rot for what he did to that beautiful little boy. My "father" never got his much deserved punishment for the abuse he subjected myself and my siblings to, it's not fair. I hope Bradley does get his justice

 Frederick will go infront of judge in May.  Hopefully the judge Will not except his guilty plea and the DA's deal of 4 years with cap.  And order Freddrick to go to trial infront of a jury.  Bradley's parents will get to read a victim's letter infront of judge.

P.s.  Because of laws on NH, this is all legal.  And in saves the State money to hand out deals.

This is why Bradley's law is so important!

Bradley's Law in a nutshell

So right now in the State of NH, first degree assault has a maximum sentance of 15 years.  Bradley's Law would make the minimum sentance 15 years.

No kid deserves this at all!! Abusers should be punish for the rest of there lives. If abusers are not kept behind bars they will eventually continue harming kids or anyone in general... God bless this child.

My prayers are with this precious boy and his family and friends that love and care for him! Even 15 years is not long enough, let alone 4 years! Something is seriously wrong with that. No plea bargain should be offered, where was Bradley's chance to plea bargain? I'm so upset over this! Please give this precious child a big hug from me. Praying for all involved.

I am sick and tired of abusers getting a smack on the hand for torturing innocent babies and children. These kids don't have a chance up against an adult 10x their size!! Punish these horrible people to the fullest and make it so they can never have children of their own!!

Because I don't think anyone should get off so easy for hurting a child so severely as this. When there are grown men beating up grown men and getting a sentence of 7.5-15yrs. And grown men can fight back!!!!!

Omgosh!!! I just so cried!!!! What the hell is going through these peoples heads lately?? ;-( Here in NY.. He would have gotten 2nd or 3rd degree assault, 2nd or 3rd degree child abuse, 2nd or 3rd degree attempted murder.. Etc.. But this guy is basically getting away with it?!?! That's messed up!!!!

Children are the most precious gift that are given to us and it is the greatest pain that a parent can endure to have them hurt and not be able to do anything to stop it. No one should ever do that and get away with it. It is reprehensible that any one would even think of doing that.
