Bradley's Law in NH

I know Bradley, his Dad and Grandmother. I Thank God this little angel lived through this horror. Barth possibly getting away with 4 years is disgusting. Bradley will live with the repercussions of his acts for the rest of his life...is that right???

The horrific abuse of this child cannot be seen as less than attempted murder. The Justice system is broken when someone who has committed such a crime will see the light of day outside a prison in 15 years or less. If we don't start making the consequences of such actions reflect the crime committed, taking into consideration the intent to kill and the lifelong harm done to this child, we will only continue to see a rise in similar crimes. Show some respect for what this child has been through and will continue to go through for the rest of his life. Acknowledge what has been taken from him. The crime was a continuous assault on a child over a period of time. That shows murderous intent over a long period of assault. Let him serve life in general population and perhaps over time, exacting similar sentences, we will see a decline in this type of crime. At the very least, they will be denied a second chance to commit the same, or similar, crime in the future.

Every child abuser deserves a punishment that is equal to the abuse that they imposed on a child. I think that it is a sad day when one can essentially get away with something as cruel as what happened to Bradley.

My question is why is he only being charged with assault? There are many more charges that he should be charged with!

It's the rite thing to do ... N no child should ever have to go threw this ever .... N the scum that could do this to a child needs to b dealt w ....

I hope you get the justice you deserve Bradley.

The people who could do such things to a child of any age should serve longer than a 3 year sentence. They deserve proper punishment. It is disgusting what they do to a defenseless child. One who can not fight for themselves. I believe there should be longer jail time for these abusers,and Pray justice is served !

We need tougher laws on child abusers! Some how it has to be stopped

I want to be a part of the effort to save other precious ones from any harm.

Because it is heartbreaking to hear about such evil towards a child from God.....

Fact: Fredrick R. Barth, Jr.  plead guilty this morning to first degree assault on Bradley.  He took a plea bargin of 4 years with a cap.  Givin by the district attorney.  

As you all can see I have deleted comments I have labeled "Abuser Supporter."  This petition is the truth as I know it. FROM Reliable resourses including but not limited to The DA and Bradley's parents.

 

 

This should be the same equal charge as murder. A 15 year sentence is giving these horrible people a break, 4 years would be a vacation. That is not fair to the well being of this child, who was the victim.

Im bradleys maternal grandmother and we all want justice for bradley and all other children going through such tradgedy

What this man did to this defenseless child is true evil. He needs much more time in prison to keep children safe. Anyone this evil should be locked up like the rabid animal he is!!

Any kind of abuse is horrible but the one's that are aimed towards the little ones that cannot defend themselves is absolutely horrible and need to be stopped.
