falta de ajud
Estão sendo muito negligêntes e sem compromisso com as coisas, tem mais de 1 mês que mando e-mail pedindo ajuda e nada é feito e nem retornado e na hora de pedir gamemaxx é tudo rapidinho...falta de respeito.

por favor so vocês mesmo para nos ajudar, o problema e serio ta horrivel joga cabal no servidor de marte, ta tenso logar,o leilão ta com lag ta tudo horrivel por favorrr fazem alguma coisa.

problemas em tudo - problems at all
Not just hack the problems with the server, the extreme delay in service and for resolving problems (spend months "analyzing" the problems to be resolved in a few days), now it gets worse, with the excuse that is to improve care , will be 2, 3 or more months without accepting new claims of hacked players.
Server, forum, email service, problem solving, quality of most GMs, contact the company, everything is in chaos and disrepair.

They claim not to have sufficient staff to handle all tasks, always say that GMs need to redirect from other tasks to get people to attend.
But they always have enough staff to stay all day in the forum, just locking threads that show the reality of the problem.
They find that is enough to access the forum Gamemaxx and will see the impressive amount of locked threads, which fall to the wayside, and not to come out all reality.

server full of bugs
many months ago that the server "Mars" has always had problems, while the others were always in good condition.
always take so long to solve these problems, claiming that the delay EST to solve the problems.
2 months to make this impossible to play on Mars:
-Not create new characters (weeks with this problem)
-Huge delay to connect to server.
-Many players being disconnected.
-Sometimes there is no way to connect on any channel.
-Pets buggy, reducing the level, getting the same characteristics of another pet in the same account.
-Items that can not be moved, causing disconnection from the server.
a myriad of problems that are never resolved quickly, not fully resolved, not to mention they have no regard, failing to report the progress of the solutions or even if they are aware of the problems.

Insatisfação.
Cabal é um ótimo jogo.
Porém a versão brasileira do jogo está sendo muito mal administrada pela Gamemaxx.
Alguma atitude precisa ser tomada urgentemente.

All the problems were not enough, now the server is stopped TG Mars too, all are disconnected from the war and there is no connecting channels.
And to be all wonderful, we have to see the GMs in the forum stating that these signatures will not give anything, saying that the EST does not care about us.
The Gamemaxx are abusing not only our rights as consumers, but also saying that this is the fault of the EST.
