Because I've been where she is 17 yrs.bad judge and appointed attorney thank God my new teams and the Ms. Supreme Court saw the injustice that was done to me just hours before my execution.

 I have signed it because I oppose the death penalty, but far more information should be given about the circumstances and what was done. Why was Fulgham given a plea deal? Was he the crucial witness against her? All this and more should be given. It wasn't.

She is a witness to the crime committed but is being charged because she was to frightened to do anything and now is a conspirator to the crime?

If I have this right then I say no on conviction!

I too have witness many things and have been afraid of them and government officials.

In my most recent endevures of reaching out to many I thought would protect me the only one that heard me and listened was God!

The warped scales of U.S. Justice only undermine its legitimacy as a fair and reliable system of prosecution and punishment. Emilia is a likely a victim of this warped system, and without clear guilt, our constitution upholds her innocence. Free Emilia!
