It's incredible that a man this dangerous should be allowed back into society. WHY should his poor family, or anyone else's family for that matter, live in fear of this monster. KEEP HIM LOCKED UP, before another tragedy happens.

This man has a mental illness. He is a schizophrenic and who knows what is going on his head or whether he will ever be cured. We must thank our lucky stars that we are relatively 'normal' and would not consider such actions. I have signed the petition because I do not feel it is safe to let him wander freely amongst the unsuspecting public, he needs a secure environment where he can be monitored 24/7.

This man is a convicted murderer. Those who are in charge of him seem to be focusing on his illness and forgetting that he committed murder. Murderers in prison do not get to go out for a few hours to do their shopping. If he is in their opinion safe to go shopping, he is in a fit state to take his medication with him and complete his sentence for murder in a proper prison. My friends should not have to live with the fear and stress that this man has caused, all over again.
When did murder become a lesser crime if you were off your head when you did it......what message does that send out. Backing you all the way X

having been going through an attempt on my life at the moment with similar problems, i believe that if a person crazy enough to do such a disturbed thing at all is then released, the risk to society therefore greatly outweighs that of the perpetrators freedom. so keep these ppl behind bars.
