Yes, Trader Joe's is an excellent idea! No more condos, please! We love having Barnes & Noble there, as well as the theater and bakery.

Love this center. I used to go here in high school all the time. Remodel it, but keep the same feel.

This center is integral to Woodbridge and must be preserved and updated. The lower level is supposed to be retail and restaurants, move Kumon, Corepower etc to the upper levels. Remodel the center after the Irvine Co. center at Culver and Portola, with a fountain, nice landscaping, seating and outdoor heaters. Bring back the Christmas tree and add a Menorah for the holidays. NO housing!!!! Keep WVC!!!!!

Woodbridge does not need another apartment complex. What sets us apart from other communities is small community feel and Why would we give up our "little down town". Woodbridge would not be the same without this center. Please lets look at the way to add more meaningful content and color rather than commercializing it and losing the sense of community. WWC is something that we all associate with Woodbrdige, and without it we become just another apartment community.

we love this place. it's heaven for kids. it can be turned to theme park for kids with bookstore, theater, playground, restaurants, shops, and many places making money. the huge closed supermarket can be changed to a indoor kids playground like playland, we play loud, jump it up, etc.

I do not live in Irvine, however I enjoyed the center and the surrounding area when I visited my friends.

Irvine is becoming too crowd to live which has impacted our life quality . We should consider more about how to reduce living density to keep our living condition improved but opposite way.

I want the center to remain and be improved.

I want to congratulate you all for doing such a great job saving the Woodbridge Village Center. Its going to be better than ever because of you! I think we should have a Village wide New Years eve party and other entertainment throughout the year. Its going to be so wonderful!
