Opposition to ITV

Why taint your knowlege by getting it from a haraam source? If you sincerely want islaamic knowledge and the meaning of the qur'aan there are MANY halal original ways of acquiring it.

If there was even a vague possibility that the channel will become better instead of worse it would have been nice though!

We dont like the channel, we don't watch it and we DONT WANT YOU TO WATCH IT EITHER, because a muslim wants for himself what he wants for his brother!!!

Why are the molvi's promotin tv so stubborn? They ustadh's and mashaikh are totally against what they doing. Since when do they have more knowledge than they ustadhs? All south african senior alims have stated without any uncertainty that the TV is haram. Period. how can they now come up with the idea that tv is halal! That's called blatant + gross disrespect...

As a new Muslim convert I learn a lot from this channel I am memorising the words n the advice of the menk mufti is taughting me quiet a bit I c n then I yep my other brothers I also learnt the prayers from there please there r good n they r some not good but if like us can learn Islamic it will helping lots of our people remember wen u c somethings it opens the heart I cry wen I see it the holy kabaah

These Radio Shaytaan Molvies need a good hiding

Ther are so many things that are being done on itv eg. The exposure of women especially most of them without their hijaab and niqaab and also their voices which are awra , music in the ads and nasheeds that are being played with music . Muslims will see and hear these things and becau it is being done on an 'islamic' channel they would think that it is ok to do these things. Is this what itv is willing to achieve? If you want to help muslims around the world to be more Allah concious and practice islam please do it the right way . May Allah grant us all with lots of hidayat and help us become better muslims Ameen

Petitions will only have limited effect the best solution is these mollies should go back to madressa and ask their ustaads if they had taught these things likevappearingnon Shaytaan TV

Assalaamualikum. Welcome to islam brother. You see ITV is especially dangerous for people like you i.e new muslims and modern muslims. Reason being: Its highly possible that you will watch this channel and having no strong islaamic knowledge you will see its conduct etc. as islaam. Now this can never be further from the truth. ITV is ''propogating'' islam in direct conflict from which rasoolullah salallahu'alaihiwasallam propogated and taught us to propogate the sacred deen.

Besides the television in itself being haraam in view of the fahsh (evil)  emanating from it, and being promoted by it, ITV has too many dangerous wrongs. To name just a few

2. Woman do not cover themselves appropiately, in fact they beautify and adorn themselves to attract the attention of everyone including strange men

3. There is music. Hadhrat Ibn Mas'ud (radhiyallahu anhu) narrated that Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Beware of listening to musical instruments and singing, for verily, both these acts germinate nifaaq (hypocrisy) in the heart just as water causes vegetables to grow." (Kaf-fur Ru'aa').

I'm really concerned that the residents of De-Deur and P.E must not suffocate to death due to lack of air, i mean seeing how all their air is spreading through the country and effecting everyone i.e zakariyyah darul uloom, azadville darul uloom, mufti AK hoosain saheb, ml ebrahim mia saheb and so many others. It is very worrying! May ALLAH TA'ALA save them and grant them abundance of fresh air so that they can continue defending the deen of islam. Ameen.
