Reinstate Elvis' name on the "USS Arizona"

Because I think he deserves to stay on it he help them out so he should stay on there

Elvis's name has the right to be on the memorial USS Arizona, if my memory is correct it is because of him that memorial is standing there because of his enormous contribution

Elvis was proud of America, Elvis agreed to let his milionaire career and become a soldier of US ARMY for two years, Elvis helped to raise the money for the USS ARIZONA MEMORIAL, Elvis was a human being and made mistakes, but it is no excuse to take his name out ! Please put it back, doing so, you'll be doing justice!

Elvis needs to be acknowledged as the big patriot and humanitarian that he really was!

I signed this because I am so angry about the way they are treating Elvis' name. He loved his country and he loved all serving men and he also raised money towards this memorial

It is wrong to take his name off regardless of his personal issues. It doesn't change his contribution to the memorial.

Elvis did so much good in the world, and donated so much money, his name should be put back on, it's disgusting that it's been removed, Elvis never did anything bad, or hurt anyone, he was always giving his money away, to help people who were struggling

A life is a sum of the whole not just a segment. Elvis's contributions to society were outstanding. His personal weaknesses are between him and God Almighty.

Because I believe elvis Presley name should be on it! ....he helped raise funds for it!

There would be no Arizona memorial if it wasn't for Elvis Presley.

Because his name belongs there. When they ran out of money he stepped in to help and pay the rest. Did not have to do it & should be acknowledged for what he did for that memorials

To take Elvis name off it,because he took Prescription Medication,is Shocking!! He raised so much money for the Memorial to be constructed..How many people are on Medication!! Everyone..Including the ones,that took his Name of it..

Just because someone uses prescription medicines does not mean they should have their name removed from anything. Put Elvis Prelsey Back on the USS Arizona.

Elvis' generosity to people and charitable funds was never-ending. He should be recognized for his huge heart and compassion.

Elvis served for his country and is a United States Veteran. He also gave of his time and money to help that memorial be erected. To have his name removed was a disgrace. It should be replaced immediately.

If he raised money to help finish it, he should be acknowledged. I never knew this. It's very disturbing, his misuse of prescription drugs is irrelevant. It was ignorance or lack of knowledge but that doesn't change his heart and his generosity to fund the completion of the memorial.

Because it was wrong to remove his name in the first place. All the money he raised for the memorial to start with he does earn the right to have his name displayed.

The plaque should have never been removed, who and why did this? Who gave them the ok to take it down. It was put there for appreciation, and the people are no longer with us, it should be there forever!!!
