Reinstate Elvis' name on the "USS Arizona"

To have Elvis' name removed is a sad injustice!!! The man made a selfless contribution to this monument and deserves to be recognized for all of history!!!

Its the honorable thing to do

I've been to the memorial in Honolulu, and it is a crime that Elvis's name was taken off shortly after he passed away. Elvis Presley was the single largest private donator towards the fund to raise the monies needed to build the USS Arizona Memorial. Do what's right and reinstate Elvis's name on the memorial and tell his story of how he donated his time and money for this great cause.

Elvis did his duty for his countryand for the construction costs of the memorial. He deserves to be recognized.

Because I'm an Elvis fan and he should have his name back on!

Elvis deserves this, plain and simple!!! It's a disgrace that he is not acknowledged anymore!!!

This is outrageous. Let's remember the good, not his faults. How insulting to his fans and his family.

Elvis Presley name should have never been taken off!! Please, let's get this back on as soon as possible!! Give him his honor!!

Elvis' concert drew the attention to the USS ARIZONA and the need to preserve it.

If it was not for his generosity there would be no USS Arizona.. plain and simple. Just like the men of the Vietnam conflict they too were disrespected.. total crap

Elvis donated time and energy towards this memorial. His name should never have been taken down. He was the greatest entertainer that has ever lived.

Elvis deserves to be acknowledged on this! Just one of his generousity toward the love of his country!

Because Elvis served his country and therefore should be honored with all the rest who served there country.

He deserves this honor. He was a veteran. He raised money to construct this memorial, to honor the men and women of their sacrifices.

Because sometimes Elvis did not care for his own health but ALWAYS thought and cared about others. His name must go back on.

He needs to be recognized for his contributions

It is so wrong not to exclude the name of Elvis Presley! Without his commitment, the Arizona memorial would have been halted for decades! When I visited the site, I thought it was so unfair that his name had been removed.

Because Elvis deserves to be recognised, he did a lot for charities.

If it were not for Elvis there would not be An Arizona Memorial
