I went to the Terrace my entire youth. It is an iconic place that should be preserved. Do NOT tear any more wonderful buildings down!

I spent many sundays at the movie there and it has charm that makes it special in Robbinsdale.

I grew up going to the Terrace theater as a young man. My first date was there. I love the historical value and its a treasure to hold not destroy.

I have very happy memories of the beautiful Terrace Theater. It was a beautiful building, an architectural wonder of the mid 20th century.

I would love to have a film and event center in my town!! We frequent another classic movie theater in the area, The Heights, we love to attend there and would cherish the same kind of theater in our home town!

This is the First movie theater I went to.I remember thinking it was the most beautiful place I had ever been too.My Uncle Jack took my siblings and I to see The Unsinkable Molly Brown, still my favorite movie of all time!

I remember very well going to the Terrace Theater since I was a child in the mid-1950's until it closed. It was a one-of-a-kind beautiful theater and holds many great memories. I still remember certain features of the interior. Two of my children worked at the Terrace in it's last years. The theaters built today are nothing -- square boxes -- no beautiful details or anything to make you remember that you were even there. But the Terrace is a place that you never forget. Please bring it back to it's former glory!

Why not use the historic site to hold a state or nationwide event to spotlight up and coming film makers....... so many talented youth etch.. just dying to express themselves ...yet bigger venues are terrifying...... think about it!!!!! Went to movies as young child, teenager, and adult there. It's also a gorgeous piece of architecture although the mall failed miserably at incorporating it. Family from Robbinsdale. It is a jewel and deserves rebirth in an entertainment capacity.

The Terrace was the 1st theater I ever went to. It is a North Mpls, Robbinsdale icon.

Grew up in Robbinsdale; graduated in the early 60's. Thought it was a beautiful building.
