Alicia,
Have they indicated that we will be able to speak on the matter at-hand?
I do not see it on the agenda. Is my understanding with reading the rules correct in that we won’t be able to speak on the matter if it is not on the agenda?

  All regular meetings of the Board are open to the public. The Board will not be allowed to comment or dicuss what we are addressing as it is not on the agenda but the public is still allowed to speak on matters not covered in their agenda during the Views and Comments by the Public time of the meeting.
