It was not discussed with land owners and the impact on owned water supplies will be implicated if this continues it will be theft and can not be allowed to go on without consulting all involved

Why must we pay with any knowledge for water that we already pay for, that is our pumps and our electricity every moth. Nothing is for free and our water is clean and drinkable.
