Uber is forcing the select down our throats and we cant do nothing about it,  they threaten to kick us out if we dont accept plus the mileage fee is cheaper than a cab and they take 28%, the basically made us their slaves

Uber is forcing black town car drivers to accept trips under UBER SELECT which is cheaper than regular taxi fare !!!

Uber is not suppose to send Uber Select requests to Uber Black Drivers. first, it is a regulation issue, they do not have the right to do so because they are not license to dispatch a TNC trip to Uber Black because they are licensed under two different categories.

The second reason, they are dispatching a low revenue trip to a high maintenance business which is the Uber Black that is performed by Limousine drivers who have away more expenses than the regular Uber. Uber will make money and the Black cars will go bankrupt.

Uber is violating the 46 Chapter ordinance, and they do not care, and they are forcing the Uber Black drivers to take Uber Select, and if they refuse, they suspend their accounts.

Uber is violation the law, and the city of Houston is not enforcing the law on Uber, they just enforce the law on the taxi, and limo business, and that is a discrimination.

Uber select is my biggest nightmare. Im losing money by doing it, I tried not to take uber select but I got two warnings from uber and they informed me that they will suspend me if i don't take uber select So i started to take uber select against my will..

Uber business conduct is very unethical, controlling & monopolizing the transportation market without any regards to city regulations & laws. I'm wondering where are all city officials who keep blind eye when it comes to investigating Uber operations.
