I have lived with vitiligo for almost 15 years and I get tired of people asking me if it is contagious and the bullying I signed the petition because I want people to be aware to what it is and that it isnt contagious

I think it's taken to long to find a cure. My son has Vitilago and to me and others he is still he is "Still" very handsome! More needs to be done.

It would be some achievement if people were more aware of this condition as people can be narrow minded and say untactful comments to sufferers which can be quite hurtful.

Because I have Vitiligo and I would like to see more people acknowledging us, and our feelings, and so that they know we have feelings, and we are still human even though we have this skin disorder/disease.

I don't know anybody personally that has vitiligo but, I am a huge fan of Michael Jackson. So, I signed it in honor of him.

I saw the suffering and unfair accusations that Michael Jackson went through and I would hate to see the same thing happen to others. Also my sister sent this to me and if it's good enough for her, it's good enough for me!!

I have seen the discrimination surrounding this condition destroy many people emotionally and this is the opportunity for our people to be educated about it and there should be no stigma attached... A person with Vitiligo is a Human being not a Monster

Because vitiligo is important and because people do not pay attention to people who have it and because people with Vitiligo need to be celebrated.
