#129 Re:2012-07-30 07:09:27#125: ridy - The are 2 opinions on this issue by scholars as far as I know. Some scholars of the view that a "Dawah Channel" like ITV free of sins can be allowed. Others of the view that all forms of TV including the above is Haraam. There is clearly no unanimity on the view by ALL scholars that either of the above opinion is correct. Otherwise there would be no "Muslim Channels" anywhere in the world. The existing "Muslim Channels" have not been condemmed by all the ulema in their countries where they are being broadcast.
