Petycja skierowana do Ministerstwa Zdrowia
Petycja jest skierowana ze względu na fakt, że cudzoziemcy, którzy nie znają języka polskiego w mowie i piśmie w stopniu wystarczającym do wypełnienia kwestionariusza wymaganego przy oddawaniu krwi i również do komunikacji w centrum krwiodawstwa, nie mają możliwości oddawania krwi w Polsce.
Według statystyk, honorowo oddaje ją niestety coraz mniej Polaków. Często Centrum Krwiodawstwa i Krwiolecznictwa oraz Ministerstwo Zdrowia apelują o oddawanie krwi, najbardziej w okresie wakacyjnym, kiedy często brakuje krwi. Krew to najcenniejsze lekarstwo, którego nie można niczym zastąpić. Nie możemy wyprodukować krwi, ale możemy większej liczbie osób mieszkających w Polsce, dać możliwość oddawania krwi, aby pomóc większej liczbie osób w powrocie do zdrowia.
Ja, niżej podpisana, wnioskuje i żądam:
- aby cudzoziemcy w Polsce, którzy z wyżej wymienionych powodów, są wykluczeni z możliwości oddawania krwi, mogli oddawać krew.
- aby powyżej opisana sytuacja, została rozwiązana. W tym celu proponuje: kwestionariusz w języku angielskim, możliwość obecności osoby towarzyszącej do tłumaczenia oraz regularny dzień dla osób, które nie mówią po polsku.
Petycja składana jest w interesie publicznym.
