Petition to Save the United States of America

We the people of the United States of America do hereby exercise our authority as listed in the first amendment of The Constitution of the United States of America, and in the tenth amendment of the same. We refuse to be governed by those that violate their oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.

We demand the immediate expulsion of all members of congress that on January 6th and 7th of 2021 did not object to electors that were slated from the several states general elections held in direct violation of article 1 section 4 of the Constitution, and article 2 of the Constitution.

We demand the immediate expulsion of all members of congress that did vote to override the objections raised to the said electors.

We demand that President Biden and Vice president Harris be removed from office due to knowingly assuming office as a result of a general election that was held under unconstitutional rules. And that all staff appointed by them be reverted to their predecessors.

We demand that all those expelled and removed be barred from ever holding public office again.

We demand that all laws proposed or passed, all proclamations, orders, and directives since January 6th 2021 by those removed be null and void, and be stricken from record.

We demand that a replacement election be held at the earliest possible date, no later than 1 year from the execution of this petition.

We demand that the replacement election be held and conducted by each state's respective national guard or the armed forces of the United States of America.

We demand that the replacement election be conducted entirely on paper ballots and that each free, living citizen of the United States of age 18 years or older that wishes to participate may cast 1 paper ballot for the candidates of their choice. And that all ballots be under direct supervision of each state's respective national guard or armed forces of the United States. And that all ballots be tabulated by said guard or military.

We demand that until the replacement election is concluded and new congressmen and new president are sworn in that the executive branch duties are carried out by the joint chief's of staff of the United States of America.
