Poverty Centers

Poverty is a huge problem that strikes major cities and third world countries. It causes countless problems for those who are impoverished and those around them. It causes serious issues like hunger, thirst, and illness because of the lack of resources available to the people. Without the ability to buy food, water, or medicine or a lack of housing it can keep people from being able to get out of poverty. With poor health, lack of resources, violence or child abuse, it keeps the cycle of poverty going by fueling it, and trapping people for the rest of their lives. 

A solution my group and I have come up with are poverty centers: These centers would collect non parishable items, and clothes for the needy and be able to help them find jobs and teach them how to get back into society. These centers could also have portions to be rented out to host community events to helep everyone in the community for a tighter connection with one another, creating a better community for everyone in it.
