I have seen the positive impact the Mud Bogs have on our community. The hospitality industry sees an increase in revenue during these weekends as well as retail stores. Other than Scallop Season, there has not been another venue that brings positive revenue to our Community. Please revisit your requirement to allow Iron Horse to operate.

I’m signing this petition to support the re-opening of Iron Horse Mud Ranch. Iron Horse hosts events throughout the year that bring people from all over the country and even Canada, which thereby supports the local community, businesses, and retail purchases. They offer a safe place for the sporting events to take place. When compared to other mud ranches, Iron Horse is superior and their safety, security, and is a family friendly venue. Given the circumstances leading to their closure, I am appalled and embarrassed that Taylor County would allow such demands to prevent people from practicing the sport in a safe control environment, and are now being forced to do so elsewhere with little or no safety precautions in place.

This is one of the very few mud holes my little sister’s can with us too, family oriented, safe, close by, and with the way politics are going we can’t afford to lose another mud hole, we will be watching to see if you toss the waivers that greedy neighbors aren’t signing and let this park be, we have met Todd know for a fact he’s doing everything he can with in and past reasonable demands for the greedy people around the mud taking advantage of him, so it’s your job to look past these unreasonable demands brought by your towns people and save this great park, which we all know bring more business then your town probably ever gets in a single weekend, thanks for reading if you did, we’ll be waiting.
