Halo I'm signing this petition in disbelief of whats it is really happening in Senzo murder trial at Pretoria high court the judge is not fair even if the defense is showing weakness in experience of high courts especially appearing before a Judge, judge Ratha always stand for the state as if He is representing the state forgeting He is there respectively for justice. Sometimes the judge Ratha comes with prepared judgements (i.e Zungu) He is not fare especially to the defence. We respect Him but here ai, He also makes noise with His Pen ai.
