Animal Welfares should get financial support from the government during the COVID 19 epidemic and after that. Animal Welfare relief should be a part of the government spending continuously. Animals should get the same rights as humans in SA and should've classified as sentient beings and not property , with no rights of their own.

Animals need assistance too, many households cannot support the fury friends therefore give it up. Shelters would therefore come in and provide for these helpless animals
