All accused are innocent until proven guilty. Everyone has a right to a fair trial,including the accused. it is also important that they get a fair change to state their cases, handle their business and gettheir affairs in order, this is something that they are currently being deprived of while being in holding. They have no prior convictions or history of similar discrestions.
