#602

There are enough roads already.
We need to protect what's left.

(Kildare, 2021-01-04)

#603

The road will destroy the beautiful country side and will increase traffic and noise. There must be other options... the surrounding area and roads are not sufficient to support an increase in traffic, you will be destroying farmers livelihood.

(Cork, 2021-01-04)

#605

It will take away people’s homes

(Blarney, 2021-01-04)

#614

The road is unnecessary

(Enniscorthy, 2021-01-04)

#622

It affects to lives of many close family members whose routes are embedded in Coolowen

(Glanmire, 2021-01-05)

#624

My family shall be affected by the project

(Cork, 2021-01-05)

#633

Nature is ever so lightly more important

(Liverpool, 2021-01-05)

#635

I am objecting to the Navy Route. I have grown up in this area effected and watched during the n20 construction as the rock was all broken. I don’t think it’s viable with all hills , rock, business, railway , historical landmarks ( fairy fort in Coolowen/stone view). Surely the existing n20 could be upgraded and minimise the impact to existing homes. It’s not fair on anyone to have this uncertainty hanging over there lives again.

(Cork, 2021-01-05)

#637

My house, farm, land etc. would be affected

(Limerick city, 2021-01-05)

#642

It is un necessary, not needed and definatly not wanted.
A waste of resources monetary and planatary.

(Cork, 2021-01-05)

#644

There is a perfectly good road there already. Please stop wasting taxpayers money on a new road while destroying our environment.

(Kerry, 2021-01-05)

#647

Our history should be preserved, leave the fairy forts/Land alone!

(County cork, 2021-01-05)

#650

Such a needless waste.

(Killaloe, 2021-01-05)

#654

As this is a waste of tax payers money

(Dublin, 2021-01-05)

#656

Supporting a friend who’s land is going to be quartered

(Cork, 2021-01-05)

#658

I’m signing because I value our heritage

(Ennis, 2021-01-05)

#660

Our heritage must be preserved.

(Cinderford,, 2021-01-05)

#662

we have lost enough ancient monuments already. It's time to stop.

(Bantry, 2021-01-05)

#663

Building roads increases CO2 emissions when they must be reduced.

(Bishops Castle, 2021-01-05)

#665

I’m signing because I’m sick to death of seeing the wanton destruction of our cultural landscape.

(Dublin 16, 2021-01-05)

#670

I'm signing because I belive in saving as much of the history of a area as possible and if they can go another way with the road they should

(Attleboro, 2021-01-05)

#673

There are enough big roads in Ireland, they are ruining our country

(Waterford, 2021-01-05)

#678

Our heritage needs to be protected

(Lisburn, 2021-01-05)

#680

This route would be a spectacularly expensive way to destroy irreplaceable wildlife and habitat. It's unnecessary and destructive and goes against governments own targets to reduce carbon emissions

(Jersey, 2021-01-05)

#683

Save our Heritage

(Dublin, 2021-01-05)

#684

I’m signing because even though we live abroad we are Irish citizens and hail from Cork. Please protect and preserve the wild habitat of Cork, this is important to the preservation of Ireland as a whole.

(Fort Wayne, 2021-01-05)

#696

Because this road will split a community in 2 and leave many families and farmers with their homes and land

(Whitechurch, 2021-01-05)

#700

I don't believe the motorway is necessary, and shouldn't go ahead

(Mallow, 2021-01-05)

#706

My community has supported My family & I through the hard times & celebrated with us through the great times. I do not want my community to be either divided or cut off. I want my children to love the community and walk our country roads & fields the way I did as a child.

(Cork, 2021-01-05)

#707

I regularly visit family and friends in that lovely part of the countryside and have been shown the proposed route by the very people who’s communities will be majorly affected by this development
The alternative options are there and I cannot understand why/how these options should not be used unless there maybe be other influences which some people/companies may not want it be known.
Please don’t tear up communities unnecessarily.

(Dublin, 2021-01-05)

#711

Im signing because we have enough roads, we have to protect our natural heritage before it is too late, before it dissappears from a thousand cuts.

(Cirk, 2021-01-05)

#714

I'm sick and tired of our history and culture being eradicated.

(Galway, 2021-01-05)

#720

There is sufficient infrastructure in place, with three roads serving the same route. The land needs to be left untouched, enough has been decimated. There is no need for this, and uncountable numbers of habitats will be pillaged and destroyed, once again, if this goes ahead.

(Claregalway, 2021-01-05)

#721

I'm against building a motorway through a greenbelt area.

(Ballinteer, 2021-01-05)

#723

Will split tight knit community in half, to save 2 minutes off a journey on existing route. Waste of tax payers money. I strongly appose.

(Duleek, 2021-01-05)

#724

I am signing this because I feel there is a far better alternative for this road. We can reduce the impact on local biodiversity.

(Meath, 2021-01-05)

#725

Very concerned, as per objections put forward, that the proposed M20 Navy Route Motorway will have on the Whitechurch Community and surrounding area.

(Whitechurch, 2021-01-05)

#726

This Navy route will decimate our community. Other options are available.

(Blarney Cork, 2021-01-05)

#736

We need to preserve our heritage for future generations.

(Mullinahone, 2021-01-06)

#739

I object to the proposed navy route.

(Cork, 2021-01-06)

#741

I'm from Coolowen and I dont agree with the destruction of homes. Feel that there must be a better route

(Cork, 2021-01-06)

#742

We need more wild , fewer roads

(Wexford, 2021-01-06)

#749

This route will dissect and disrupt my community and is not a viable option

(WHITECHURCH, 2021-01-06)

#757

Number 1-Our house will be affected. 5 generations have lived in this house which was only recently renovated also. Both next door neighbours are family also. Number 2- grandparents, sisters, brothers, friends like in Whitechurch so will be completing cutting us off from them. Number 3- our son goes to school in Whitechurch, plays sports their and this will cut off all of that too. Number 4- Zero correspondence with affected houses until issue was brought up and a hand delivered letter was left on doorstep. A disgrace.

(Cork, 2021-01-06)

#764

I

(Abbeyfeale, 2021-01-06)

#765

As an Archaeologist I strongly object to the selection of this route. It compromises many local heritage sites and will also lead to the uncovering and potential destruction of many more sites of archaeological interest in the course of its construction across undeveloped land.
Best options for any road improvement in this vicinty are to use / expand current route ways that have already undergone development/ Thereby mitigating the need for costly and potentially destructive actions on any undiscovered sites.

(Skerries, 2021-01-06)

#766

You cannot just take people’s gardens away from them. Now more than ever, gardens are a sanctuary for them in Covid times.
Find another solution.

(Dublin, 2021-01-06)

#769

i don't agree with the current options

(cork, 2021-01-06)

#777

I’m signing because this proposed road will be a huge upheaval for the community and some face the loss of their homes

(Dublin, 2021-01-06)

#779

I am vehemently opposed to the M20
Navy route

(Cork, 2021-01-06)

#785

This project is not in the best interests of public funding.

(Dublin, 2021-01-06)

#786

Enough of these unnecessary roads which undermine the health of all of us. Such stupidity.

(Oxford, 2021-01-06)

#787

There is a functional road already in position which may just need to be upgraded. Unnecessary to potentially relocate or disrupte local residents for a road that is not needed.

(Cork, 2021-01-06)

#789

Too close to be living next to a motorway which will interrupt our school runs and work as this route will no longer be accessible

(Co cork, 2021-01-07)

#792

To much of Ireland habitats are looked at as nothing of importance. The years t takes to grow an area like this cannot be copied in a short time. So leave these very important areas alone and leave wildlife alone because sometime in the near future we won't be hearing birds singing, watching cub fox's in the morning. So leave nature alone

(Dundalk, 2021-01-07)

#796

Local people were not given enough time to protest

(Dublin, 2021-01-07)

#800

I believe in preserving our heritage above all. I come from a country area rich in history and folklore with a first on our land......it's sacred to the Irish

(Dublin 14, 2021-01-07)
