I pay for water and for the supply thereof which is more than the water itself, but very often there is no supply.
This costs me more monetyvas as I am using electricity to pump water from my tank during periods of no supply. The amount of water however does not reduce as I then need to refill my tank when I do have supply.
We have a right to water, we pay for water, yet we have constant supply issues.
