Stop The Enforcement of Faculty Uniform
The faculty dress code is one of the least of the many issues in our faculty. Rather than try to solve a problem that doesn't exist, it would be better to turn that enthusiasm to fixing the other issues. But that's not what this petition is for.
This petition is to show our disapproval and unwillingness to tolerate the enforcement of a Faculty Uniform to the extent of sending those of us (faculty members) without faculty uniforms away and prohibiting us from attending lectures and submitting projects. It should be, at most, encouraged but optional and not mandatory because it becomes detrimental to our studies at that point.
The time and effort that has been invested by the students shows their desire to learn and we should not be turned away because we are not wearing a uniform
