Take baby Julianna away from her violent father!

Please join in our cry for justice for precious Julianna and her mother Krissy and brother Braxton. While Julianna was in the womb her mother was being kicked, choked and beaten by her husband. Because of this violence Krissy decided it would be best to separate from Julianna's father. At only 12 days old Julianna's father beat up her mother and refused to let her have Julianna back. He drug Krissy throughout the house, spit on her, kicked her in the back and choked her, all while Krissy was lying on the floor, begging to go to her screaming infant. 

Krissy's mother called 911, took her to the hospital and child protective services. To this day NOTHING has been done to this man for abusing Krissy. The policeman who came out after the 911 call has just finally been made to write a report, 4 months after the fact. Child protective services deemed that the baby should be with Krissy but was not legally allowed to remove her from his home because there was no legal custody issued as of yet and no police report to prove his abuse. A custody battle ensued and Krissy was horrified when her abusers grandparents walked in and the judge greeted them by name and told them where to sit

Although this abusive man was caught in numerous lies and his true colors were shown, still the judge awarded Krissy visitation rights with her abuser as the supervisor until custody is settled!!! Nobody can understand why the judge ruled that way, including the lawyer who has Krissy's case, the civil rights lawyer they are discussing it with, and Child Protective Services. They are now meeting with a guardian ad litem who is supposed to decide the fate of this precious baby.

Help us voice our outrage and cry for justice and let her know where we all know Julianna should be - away from the abuser and home with her mother and brother! It is frightening to imagine what could happen to this precious baby in the hands of this abuser.
