التوقيع على مرسوم جوال يعدل المرسوم رقم 6433 / 2011 المتعلق بالمنطقة الاقتصادية الخالصة
نحن الموقعين على هذه العريضة ندعوا رئيس الجمهورية و رئيس الوزراء و الوزراء المعنيين التوقيع على مرسوم جوال يعدل المرسوم رقم 6433 / 2011 المتعلق بالمنطقة الاقتصادية الخالصة اللبنانية وذلك وفقا للخريطة و التقرير الذي حمله الوفد اللبناني في المفاوضات على الحد الجنوبي لهذه المنطقة ، كما ندعوا فخامة الرئيس إلى إصدار تعديل للمرسوم المذكور أعلاه، بصورة استثنائية، و إبلاغ الامم المتحدة به.إن التأخير في إصدار المرسوم المعدل الجديد يؤدي إلى إشراك العدو في البلوكات ٨ و٩ و ١٠ ، و يفقد لبنان إضافة، حقه في ١٤٣٠ كلم٢ من حقل كاريش الواقع نصفه في المياه اللبنانية ، في حال بدأ العدو العمل في الحقل خلال الأشهر القادمة ، على أن يحفظ المرسوم الجديد المعدل نص المادة الثالثة من المرسوم٦٤٣٣ في متنه بغاية التدقيق باحداثيات الحد الغربي للمنطقة الاقتصادية الخالصة اللبنانية مع دولة قبرص.
