Thanks for your signatures and engagement in this process!
As of right now, I have received confirmation from Matthew E. McLogan, Vice President for University Relations, that this change will not be going into effect.
I am meeting with the President of the Student Senate tomorrow to get more information on this issue and to understand why and where there has been a misunderstanding between what we've heard on campus from various sources and the response I've received from this petition.
