For Abdeslam Ouaddou To Leave Orlando Pirates
We, the fans of Orlando Pirates, express our concern and dissatisfaction with the current coaching decisions of Abdeslam Ouaddou.
Specifically:
- Fixing what's not broken: Coach Ouaddou is making changes that are negatively impacting team performance.
- Exclusion of veteran players: He's leaving experienced players out of the lineup and subs, opting to use new players only.
- Lack of team cohesion: New players don't know each other well, contributing to losses.
- Poor strategy and lineup decisions: Coach Ouaddou is putting players in the field with no apparent strategy, leading to match losses.
- Comparison to previous coach: Under the previous coach, we had almost 10 consecutive wins in the league. Current performance is a stark contrast.
- Questionable coaching decisions: No coach typically starts a lineup of only new players.
This doesn't make tactical sense.
We believe Coach Abdeslam Ouaddou must leave to prevent further costs to the team's performance and reputation.
