In the interest of the public health of present and future residents, No developments to place around the hazardous waste tips of LS01, LOM, LS41 and others

Please sign our petition objecting to the development of land off Birchwood Lane Somercotes (Birchwood Equestrian Centre) by Avant Homes who have applied to build 75 dwellings.  This is in addition to the 800 dwellings already proposed. This development  alone could lead to potentially over 150 more vehicles in an area that is already in the bottom 6 in Derbyshire in respect of pollution levels.  The land is also adjacent to an area where toxic waste has previously been dumped.  PLEASE HELP!!
