Add Stats to AF3
We'd like to see IA implement a statistical tracker to AF3 and their other bases, as after talking to Joan about it he's in the middle as he does not believe clanners would care too much.
Let's show that we care, just like how Vaktovia, Vultar, Snow Core, and other clans track stats!
