NEW DEVELOPMENTS


First of all THANK YOU to everyone who has signed and shared this petition! The support from everyone has been very encouraging, and we really appreciate it!Ahoy mateys!

It's been a very arduous process, trying to gain approval through the school system. While we were not able to secure the use of the Pannone Gallery for a multitude of reasons, we HAVE been blessed in an unexpected way.

The Starbucks at Miraloma, across the street from Ruth Asawa School of the Arts, is willing to let us host our art show there! They said that they have recently been considering displaying artwork from our school, and are very enthusiastic about the project in general.

This senior art show, "THE LAST DRAW," will be on Thursday, May 22nd from 5:00 to 7:00, at the Starbucks on 675 Portola Drive, San Francisco, CA 94127. Admission is FREE, though you can get a $1 off a Starbucks drink for donating $5 or more to the show. Also, it's right before SOTA's Media Nite as well!

I am extremely excited about this unforseen development! Once more, a giant THANK YOU to everyone who has supported the creative work of Visual Arts Seniors!
